Refund Policy

VetScribe is built by veterinary professionals for veterinary clinics. If the product is not delivering value for your clinic, we want to make it right.

When you can request a refund

• Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of first payment, no questions asked.
• Monthly plans: pro-rated refund within 7 days of any charge if the product has not worked as described.
• Outside these windows: we review case-by-case. Reach out and we will look at it personally.

How to request

1. Sign in and go to Settings.
2. Click "Request refund" and tell us briefly what went wrong.
3. We will reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method in 5-10 business days.

What is not refundable

• Charges older than 90 days.
• Plans that have already been cancelled and refunded once.
• Usage costs already incurred (e.g. transcription minutes used).

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next charge but does not automatically refund the current period.

UAE consumer protection

VetScribe is operated by Hades Trading FZE, registered in Ajman Free Zone, UAE. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.
