Terms of Service

By using VetScribe you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Hades Trading FZE, Ajman Free Zone, UAE.

What VetScribe does

VetScribe is a clinical-workflow tool for veterinary clinics: AI-assisted note generation, patient records, hospital board, recall messages, discharge summaries, and clinical-tool helpers (dose, dx, interactions, labs, translate).

VetScribe is a productivity tool, not a medical device. AI outputs are draft suggestions. A licensed veterinarian must review, approve, and take clinical responsibility for any output used in patient care.

Your clinic's data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload. We act as a data processor on your behalf. See Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

• One paid plan per clinic. Seat counts as listed in your plan.
• Do not share login credentials outside your clinic.
• Do not use VetScribe to provide veterinary advice to the general public outside a clinical relationship.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or load-test the service.

Billing

• Plans are charged monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime from Settings — billing portal. Cancellation stops the next charge.
• Refunds available per our Refund Policy.

Liability

VetScribe is provided "as-is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, lost revenue, or indirect damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. You can export your data and close your account anytime.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are resolved in Ajman courts.
